Partner in our law office CT Legal Anita Caković was one of the speakers at the seminar “Electronic Archiving: Regulatory Compliance and Best Practices in Implementation”, held on January 23, 2025 at the AmCham Serbia premises.
Participants gained insights into the regulatory framework for electronic and physical archiving, as well as practical guidance on the use of electronic signatures, seals, and the archiving of electronic documents. The event brought together a large number of participants, and featured a substantive discussion on electronic documents, electronic signatures, and the challenges of digitalization in practice. The seminar was assessed as highly successful.
