Jovana Jovanović

Jovana became a member of CT Legal team in September 2024, after previously working in the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications and in a prominent law firm in Belgrade. Since 2018, she has been practicing law and provides legal advice primarily in the field of labor law and in the disput resolutions before the courts in field of labor law, and she is professionally oriented in the field of contracts and torts, family and inheritance law.

Jovana is engaged in providing legal support in the field of labor law, which consists in the preparation of all labor law documentation and represents clients in proceedings before courts, as well as in negotiation procedures with employees or employers regarding the resolution of disputed labor law issues. Jovana has significant experience in employee transfer procedures and termination procedures, especially in procedures for determining redundancy and was engaged as part of a team on many prestigious foreign and domestic projects such as Due Diligence analysis and preparation of legal opinions. Jovana was a member of the HR Committee of the Foreign Investors Council (FIC).

She is fluent in English.
