Kristina Miladinović

Kristina graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law in February 2021 after which she has become a member of the CT Legal team and has been practicing law since then. Kristina provides comprehensive legal support in the fields of Employment Law, Migration Law and Public Procurement Law.

Kristina specializes in providing legal support in Employment Law, including drafting employment-related documents and representing clients in disputes before courts. She is also highly experienced in advising on employee transfers, redundancy procedures, and negotiating with employers and employees to resolve labor disputes. In the areas of Migration Law she provides expert guidance on Single Permits, temporary residence for foreigners, visa applications, as well as compliance with immigration regulations. Additionally, she advises on public sector contracting, procurement processes, and regulatory adherence, ensuring that her clients navigate these complex areas with efficiency, confidence, and full legal compliance. Kristina has worked on numerous domestic and international projects, contributing to Due Diligence analyses, legal opinions, and strategic solutions for her clients. Her work involves overseeing and drafting intricate legal documentation, offering strategic legal counsel, and minimizing legal risks across the areas of employment, migration, and public procurement law.
