Marina Mihailović

Marina graduated from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law in February 2020 with a GPA of 9.27 and has been practicing law since then. After gaining experience at another prominent law firm in Belgrade and working with a notary public, she joined the CT Legal team in 2022. Marina provides comprehensive legal support in the fields of IT Law, Real Estate & Construction, Contract Law and Litigation.

She focuses on identifying potential issues within these industries, considering various industry standards, and addressing the business needs of her clients. Marina is also actively involved in negotiations in mentioned areas. With significant experience in various contract drafting, compliance, Due Diligence, and negotiations, Marina has contributed to numerous projects and transactions, offering legal analysis and advice crucial for the successful execution of business strategies. Her work encompasses managing and preparing complex legal documentation, providing strategic legal advice, and mitigating legal risks across the mentioned sectors.

In addition, she participated as a lecturer at a prominent legal counseling event in Serbia, where her paper related to sale and purchase issues in the real estate field was published.
